We offer flexible and convenient scheduling to meets the availability of all parties. Using the most advanced inspection reporting software available allows the inspection itself take up less than 2 hours in most cases.  Radon testing results are expedited to get this information to you quickly.

As an Oregon Certified Home Inspector, I adhere to the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI®), the leading home inspection association.

Attending the inspection is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the components and maintenance of your new home! I present my findings by walking you through the home to and explain and findings such as present issues, potential issues, and evidence of past issues related to the home and its systems. Aside for providing an opportunity to address any questions, I find that it can be better to SHOW you the condition rather than just TELL you.

Since the process of buying/selling property creates time constraints, all home inspection reports are delivered the following day.  The easy-to-read Spectora report, is delivered via a web-link for easy access on a variety of devices. A PDF-version is also provided to be saved for future reference.
